At CoastHills, we’re not only dedicated to helping you have another great day, we enjoy it.

So when doing our jobs and having fun results in trophies, it makes it even sweeter.

We’re happy to report that CoastHills Credit Union came home with seven pieces of hardware from the
Marketing Association of Credit Unions (MAC) annual conference earlier this year. Honors poured in for our support of Super Checking, our Rancho Vino fundraiser, business services, TV commercials, social media and member contests.

“The fact that we are awarded in so many categories shows the strength of our brand and how well it translated from one discipline to the next,” said Scott Coe, SVP and Chief Marketing Officer at CoastHills.

“We love it. We love awards, and we’re honored that MAC continues to honor us every year.”

Super Checking launched for the first time last fall. The account features 1.26 percent APY on balances up to $25,0001, ATM fee reimbursement4, total credit and identity monitoring for your entire household and mobile phone insurance5 — among many more additional perks. The campaign supporting the account won a gold award from MAC.

A silver award went to a TV commercial that proudly shared the story of business member BarrelHouse Brewing Company and the heart and soul poured into the startup venture by co-owners Jason Carvalho and Kevin Nickell.

Silver awards also went to a brand new business services website built especially for business members and new web pages for our checking and credit card products.

Bronze awards were collected for a credit card contest that paid one lucky member’s bill for a month, a social media photo contest that gave the winner money toward school supplies and for the label on bottles of our Generous Harvest wine, which was donated and sold by Presqu’ile Winery to help raise $55,000 in support of Allan Hancock’s agribusiness program and the future of farming.

Generous Harvest will once again be given out at this year's Rancho Vino in September. Register online to reserve your spot today.
