Under general direction of the VP and AVP Commercial Lending, the Branch Manager is accountable for the management, direction and operation of the branch and branch employees’ activities towards attainment of Credit Union goals by providing maximum member benefit. Additionally, the Branch Manager is responsible for developing profitable new business and cross-selling all applicable Credit Union products and services to existing portfolio and prospective member/clients

Review of Duties:

Responsible for Business Development, generating new and retaining existing business relationships.

Actively manages a Business Loan Portfolio including monitoring for delinquencies, collecting annual financials, and maintaining regular communication with business members in portfolio.

Actively cross-sells Credit Union products and services of all types.

Actively participates in various community organizations and events to promote the image of the Credit Union.

Under general supervision of the AVP Internal Audit/Compliance, the Internal Audit/Compliance QC Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of duties, which may include but is not limited to compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations, development and maintenance.

Review of Duties:

Directly responsible for auditing pre-funding mortgage loan files to measure the performance against legal and regulatory requirements as well as investor and internal policies and submitting post funding mortgage loans to our external vendor along with follow up with returned audit reports/results.

With guidance and assistance from management, this position will help in determining whether there is any significant origination or collateral issues that would qualify as material defects and could result in violation of any Regulatory, Compliance, or Operational requirements.

Review files based on investor and Credit Union guidelines. Focus on income calculations, asset verification, loan data integrity, appraisal, title, credit reports and closing documents to ensure decisions made and documents requested conforms to investor and/or Credit Union guidelines.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive prefunding quality control (QC) review process that conforms to secondary market and investor requirements.

The Member Services Officer performs a wide variety of financial transactions and duties while providing friendly, accurate, responsive service to our members. This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members.

Current openings include: Paso Robles, Atascadero, San Luis Obispo, Crossroads (Santa Maria), Vandenberg Village and Thousand Oaks.

We desire prior customer service and cash handling experience, as well as flexibility in the offices that we have open on Saturdays (includes the Paso Robles, Five Cities, Santa Maria and Lompoc branches).

Employment applications are always accepted for part-time and full-time, non-exempt positions to work at our twelve branch locations and call center.
