Under general direction of the AVP Member Relations, in conjunction with SVP Business and Member Relations and VP Branch Operations, the Branch Manager is responsible for the management, direction of branch sales, services, and operations by coaching the branch employees’ activities towards attainment of Credit Union goals and providing maximum member benefit.

Review of Duties:

Works in tandem with and under the direct supervision of the AVP Member Relations to ensure branch sales goals are being attained and that training and development of employees is actively pursued.

Plans, manages, directs, organizes and coordinates the sales and operational activities of the assigned branches, including cross selling, member service, quality, safety and security control.

Actively participates in various community organizations and events to promote the image of the Credit Union.

Regularly schedules and conducts branch meetings to inform employees of Credit Union goals, promotions, products, services, and activities and to encourage participation and open communication.

Under direction of the Member Services and Support Manager is responsible for efficiently supervising the daily operations and assigned employees of the call center and ITM staff in addition to assuming the responsibilities of the Manager during his/her absence. The Call Center Supervisor also assists in coaching the staff to achieve the department and credit union goals.

Review of Duties:

Working with the Member Services and Support Manager, plans, manages, directs, organizes and controls the operational activities and employees of the Call Center, including cross selling, member service, quality, safety and security control.

Ensures systems are utilized to their fullest potential. Monitors inbound calls to observe employee performance, demeanor, technical accuracy, sales and service efforts, and conformity to policy and procedure.

Aids on complex inquiries, transactions and problem resolution, supervisor calls and approvals beyond staff limits.

Reviews Call Center’s activities and works with Member Services and Support Manager to formulate recommendations concerning important policies and services.

Performs financial analysis of Credit Union operations to ascertain financial performance, liquidity position, cash flow, budget performance, cost control and similar financial activities.
