greenarrowsm  Member Relations Administrator - Orcutt, CA

Under general supervision of the SVP Business & Member Relations, the Member Relations Admin. is responsible for the administrative monitoring and strategic implementation of the organizations Relationship Pricing platform, deposits both consumer and business, Business Ancillary Products (RDC, ACH, Merchant) and the development, enhancement and implementation of Power-BI (Data & Daily Reports).

Review of Duties:

Regularly provides reports and updates to the Senior VP Business & Member Relations and other Credit Union departments or branches.

Provides leadership, coaching, mentoring and training to all credit union employees in the areas of Relationship Pricing, Deposits, Business Ancillary products and the use of Power-BI.

Responsible for the strategic planning, annual budgeting and monthly monitoring of the organizations fee income (and cost of funds when applicable) for all deposit and business ancillary products. This also includes the ODP (Overdraft Privilege) program.

Assists the SVP Business & Member Relations in establishing and attaining monthly and annual goals in the branches. Examples to include Deposits, Non-Interest Fee Income and Business Ancillary Products.

Manages vendor relationships to effectively address business requirements.

Prepares various complex reports, including Salary Variance Analysis by Department.

Prepares employee termination documents and process final pay.

Calculates and maintains PTO records, and reconciles PTO leave/accrual with General Ledger.

Provides Telecom incident management/problem management support to ensure service continuity.

Manages day-to-day delivery of services (VOIP, SIP, Carrier Network) to ensure adherence to defined service levels.

Explains, promotes and cross sells Credit Union services, products, programs and investment opportunities.

Proactively responds to members’ inquiries and requests using product knowledge.

Accurately balances cash and coin and maintains appropriate cash level within limits.
