Loan & Credit Card Payments Guide

How To Make Loan & Credit Card Payments Online

You can make payments to any and all of your CoastHills consumer loans or credit card through either our online banking portal or mobile app, and best of all, it’s free. Follow these instructions, so you never have to worry about mailing in your payment or calling to pay over the phone.

Using online banking

First, make sure to register for online banking by visiting our website at coasthills.coop and clicking “Register.” Just follow the onscreen instructions. (You’ll need your member number and PIN to get started. Use this guide for help.)

If you are already registered for online banking, visit coasthills.coop, click Member Login and sign in to your account.

Once registered and signed in, you may use the following instructions to make a payment using either a web browser or our mobile app. 

Credit Card

Paying from your CoastHills account

  1. In the Accounts section, locate your Visa card and click the pay button underneath it.
  2. Select the checking or basic shares you would like the payment to come from. Pro tip, you may use our mobile banking app to deposit checks into your CoastHills checking or basic shares.
  3. Select the payment date. Here, you may also set up a recurring payment by checking the “Repeat Transfer” box and selecting the frequency.
  4. Enter the amount and click “make transfer.”

Paying from an external account

  1. In the Accounts section, locate your Visa card and click on the title of the account. A new tab will open. Navigate to the new tab and click Pay Bill. (On the mobile app, the payment screen will open within the app.)
  2. Click “Add new account” and select whether the account you are paying from is a checking or savings account.
  3. Enter the payment account information, including the account and routing numbers of the external account. Verify and confirm that your information is correct.
  4. Choose the payment amount, date and verify the information is correct and confirm your payment.
  5. To set up an automatic recurring payment, select Payment Summary from the Payment drop-down menu and click “Create recurring payment.”
  6. Choose the payment amount, date and verify the information is correct and confirm your payment to set up your payment plan. You may cancel or modify your plan by selecting “Manage recurring payments” under the Payments drop-down menu.

Auto/Personal Loans

  1. In the Accounts section, click the pay button underneath the loan you would like to pay.
  2. Select the checking or basic shares you would like the payment to come from. Pro tip, you may use our mobile banking app to deposit checks into your CoastHills checking or basic shares.
  3. Select the payment date. Here, you may also set up a recurring payment by checking the “Repeat Transfer” box and selecting the frequency.
  4. Enter the amount and click “make transfer.”

Mortgage

Paying from your CoastHills account

  1. In the Accounts section, locate your Visa card and click the pay button underneath it.

  3. Select the payment date. Here, you may also set up a recurring payment by checking the “Repeat Transfer” box and selecting the frequency.
  4. Enter the amount and click “make transfer.”

Paying from an external account

  1. In the Accounts section, locate your mortgage and click on the title of the account. A new tab will open. Navigate to the new tab and click “Make a payment.” (On the mobile app, the payment screen will open within the app.)
  2. Enter the payment account information, including the account and routing numbers of the external account. Verify and confirm that your information is correct.
  3. Choose the payment amount, date and verify the information is correct.
  4. On the same screen, you may also set up automatic recurring payment by enrolling in Auto Pay. Submit and confirm your payment.
