When our brand new online banking platform launched this summer, it brought plenty of exciting new features to both web and mobile users.
We wanted to create a one-stop shop to make it easy for members to manage all of their CoastHills accounts in one place and see all of their banking relationships, even if they’re not with us, to give our members a comprehensive tool for budgeting and tracking.
With our new Money Management tool, enhanced account management tools, and redesigned mobile app, you have 24/7 access to your entire banking, spending and saving picture in one simple place. There’s so much more you can now do online, so when you log in, take the time to explore the useful tools in each menu!
One important feature was missing in that initial launch, and now it’s available again to all users:
Pending transactions are now included in your online transaction history.
You can see when a direct deposit is pending in your account. You can also view transaction details for purchases that have not completed processing. This gives you a complete accounting of your finances, completely on demand.
Once the new system launched, members were quick to reach out and suggest features that mattered most, and this was at the top of the list.
Whether it was through social media, by phone, our Voice of the Member website form or any other channel, we heard you.
Our technology team worked quickly to implement the pending transaction feature, and we hope you take advantage of this and all the other features of the new online banking platform.
