ACH Token Setup 

Steps to start using Tokens in Business Banking

1. Log into Business Banking and go to My Settings
2. Scroll to the Login & Security section and click Update next to Security Options.
3. In the Security Token/VIP Access section, download the app:
     a. On your desktop, click the link that says, “How do I get a VIP Token?” and follow the instructions
     b. On your phone, go to the app store and download the “VIP Access” app
4. Once you have the token, enter the Credential ID into the field in My Settings.
5. Now you’re ready to use your token in Business Banking!
