The Main Page includes, My Accounts, Move Money, and Additional Services. It may also include Reports and Remote Deposit, depending on your setup and services.
My Accounts: This is a filtered list of Deposit and Loan accounts based on the Tax ID selected. View available balance; hover over an account for a "quick peek“; click an account name to view details. The Details screen provides transaction history and export options.
My Approvals: If dual approval is required for ACH and Wires, payments and templates will show here. If the business has more than one Admin, approval is also required when a Business Admin adds/edits a business sub-user.
*Move Money > Transfers:
Make a Transfer – make an internal transfer between accounts that are within your business online banking profile
Request Loan Advance – make an internal loan draw from a CoastHills Line of Credit to another account within your profile
Make Loan Payment – make an internal transfer to make a CoastHills loan payment
Scheduled Transfers – manage future and recurring internal transfers
*Move Money > ACH/Wire Payments:
Make/Collect a Payment – send a one-time or recurring ACH or Wire; collect funds via ACH (also one time or recurring).
Upload an ACH Pass-Through File – upload a NACHA formatted file created in another system, into business online banking for processing.
Manage Payment Templates – create and manage templates for ACH and Wire payments.
Scheduled Payments – manage future and recurring ACH and Wire payments.
Import Recipients – import ACH participants into business online banking from a spreadsheet on your computer.
Manage Import File Definitions – create an import map before going to Import Recipients.

My Settings: edit Password, Username, contact information, account nicknames, etc.
Help: answers common questions.
Support: displays CoastHills support number and hours.
Logout: properly end the business online banking session; users are automatically logged out after 20 minutes of inactivity.

Manage Users – add sub-users with unique permissions and limits.
Bill Pay – pay bills through Business Bill Pay.
Online Statements – View online bank statements.
Check Reorder – place a check order or reorder.
Stop Payment – place a stop payment on a check or series of checks.
Alerts and Notifications – set up email alerts on account activity.
Chat Offline – chat with a CoastHills representative.
Secure Messaging – send a secure message to CoastHills.
Credit Cards – view your credit card history by connecting to the credit card site.
eNotices – receive electronic notifications regarding you account.
System Notifications – suppress emails automatically generated by the system, such as approval emails.
