Under the general supervision of the AVP Business Services, the Business Services Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing a program for training branch employees in the delivery and promotion of selected business services products.

Review of Duties:

Develops engaging, effective training programs designed to enable branch employees to open new business accounts and provide small business loans for members.

Determines appropriate learning and material through observation, research and collaboration with subject matter experts.

Develops training aids and materials that will support business objectives.

Manages time effectively while scheduling training events and minimizing disruption to branch schedules.
