Start with an interest rate that stays fixed for the first 5 years and then is subject to a rate adjustment once every 5 years. A great option if you expect to earn more or if you believe rates will decrease in the near future.
15/15 Hybrid ARM
Get long term peace of mind with an interest rate that stays fixed for the initial 15-year period and is subject to just one interest rate adjustment at year 15.
Both loan types come with a 5% lifetime cap on rate increases, helping you plan ahead with greater confidence and fewer surprises.

5/5 ARM: Initial 5.625% (5.709% APR) is fixed for 5 years, then adjusts every 5 years based on the applicable index and margin. For a 30-year loan of $300,000, you would make 60 payments of $1,726.97 at 5.709% APR, followed by 250 payments based on the then-current variable rate.
15/15 ARM: Initial 6.250% (6.337% APR) is fixed for 15 years, then adjusts once based on the applicable index and margin. For a 30-year loan of $300,000, you would make 180 payments of $1,847.15 at 6.337% APR, followed by 180 payments based on the then-current variable rate.
