The warmer months are a time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the people who matter most. Whether you're hitting the road, planning a staycation, or preparing for summer plans, Skip-A-Pay1 gives you a little extra room in your budget to make it all happen. 

To qualify for Skip-A-Pay... 

  • Make sure your loan accounts are in good standing and are current or within their grace period.
  • You need to have made at least five consecutive payments on your loan.
  • Eligible loans may be skipped twice non-consecutively each calendar year.

To skip your payment, simply log in to Online or Mobile Banking or give us a call at (805) 733-7600 to speak with a Member Services Officer.

Skip your payment in Online Banking

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Open the Payment Center dropdown
  3. Select Request to Skip a Payment
  4. Follow the prompts

Skip your payment in the Mobile App

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Tap the Transfer & Pay button on the bottom
  3. Select Request to Skip a Payment
  4. Follow the prompts

1 Available on consumer installment loans only. Excludes credit cards, mortgages, lines of credit, and CashPlease® loans. To be eligible, membership and loan must be in good standing, with at least five consecutive payments made on the loan. A $35 processing fee applies for each skipped loan payment. A maximum of two non-consecutive payments may be skipped per eligible loan, per calendar year.
