Request to Delete Online and Mobile Banking Profile

If you would like to delete your CoastHills Federal Credit Union online and mobile banking profile, please speak directly to a Member Services Officer at your local branch or by contacting us during normal business hours at (805) 733-7600, or toll-free at (800) 262-4488.

Please note, by requesting to delete your profile, you agree to the following:

  • You will no longer be able to access our online and mobile banking platforms.
  • You will not be able to access your eStatements or eNotices, including electronic copies of our tax documents. If you’ve elected to receive eStatements and/or eNotices, your preferences will be changed to paper statements and notices.
  • Any activity you previously set-up within online and mobile banking will be disabled and/or deleted. This includes account alerts, Web BillPay payments and payee info, external transfers, scheduled or recurring transfers, as well as any history for any of these services. 
  • Your CoastHills accounts will remain open and unaffected. By deleting your online and mobile banking profile, your personal information, including name, username, membership number, email address and phone number will no longer be shared with our online and mobile banking provider.

Important note: deleting your profile will NOT reset your password. If you need help with a password or cannot access your account, please visit our Forgot Password page.
