When you're looking for helpful information, you want to find it quickly. We've compiled some of the questions we field most frequently from members so you can take the DIY approach. And if you need more information or don't find what you're looking for, we're happy to assist.
You can view your rewards points balance from the home screen within your credit card payment portal.
To access this, you'll need to log in to CoastHills Online Banking, select Additional Services, then Credit Cards. From there, you'll be taken to your credit card payment portal.
To redeem your rewards points, you'll select View Rewards from the home screen within your credit card payment portal. You'll be taken to the ScoreCard rewards site, where you can shop and redeem your rewards points.
Our Super Checking account offers high-dividends, fee-free ATM access and identity theft protection, all for only $5.95 per month.
Through our Relationship Rewards program, you earn points for every CoastHills product and service you use. Awesome members, who have earned 10 or more points will have their Super Checking monthly fee waived, as long as they remain an Awesome member. Once you drop to a lower Relationship Rewards tier, your monthly fee will no longer be waived.

You can find your account number by logging in to CoastHills Online or Mobile Banking. Select the account, then the Account Details drop down. From there, you'll see the ACH number, which is your 13-digit account number.
Travel notes cannot be placed over the phone. To place a note on your account, you can send a secure message in CoastHills Online Banking or visit a CoastHills branch.
To send a secure message, log in to CoastHills Online Banking. Select Additional Services, then Secure Messaging. Underneath the search bar, you'll click New Message and complete the ticket.
For mobile, you'll select More from the bottom of your screen, then Secure Messaging. Click on New Message and complete the ticket.
For your protection, the daily limit for signature-based transactions is $2,500, PIN-based transactions is $1,000 and ATM withdrawals is $700. These limits reset each day at midnight, Pacific Time.

You may purchase foreign currency by calling our Call Center at (805) 733-7600.
Once the order has been placed, major currencies like Euros, Canadian Dollar, English Pounds, etc. will arrive in 1-3 business days. All other currencies considered to be exotic may take an additional day.
Your PIN number is 1234 and the last four digits of the primary account holder's Social Security Number.
To make a payment on your CoastHills loan from another Financial institution, visit CoastHills.coop/LoanPay and select Make Your Payment.
You have the option to create an account by selecting Register, or make a one-time payment using Express Pay.
When registering or making a one-time payment, you'll need the last 6-digits of your CoastHills account number and your Loan ID. Please note: when entering your birth date, be sure to use the proper format XX/XX/XXXX. The portal will not accept any other format.
To access LoanPay, you may either bookmark the login page or visit CoastHills.coop/LoanPay.
You may also access the site by clicking Make a Payment from the CoastHills homepage.
To cancel a reoccurring payment in LoanPay:
One-Time Cancellation - Select Edit AutoPay, then click Cancel Scheduled Payment and select Update. Your automatic payment will be cancelled for one occurrence.
Cancel All Reoccurring - Select Edit AutoPay, then enter the date you'd like reoccurring payments to stop in the Starting field and select On a Specific Date under the End Date Options drop down, and select Update. All payments after your selected end date for that loan will be cancelled.

CoastHills is a part of a network with other credit unions called the CO-OP Shared Branch Network, which features over 5,000 locations and over 30,000 ATMs nationwide. You can perform transactions just as if you were at a CoastHills branch or ATM.
If coming to a CoastHills branch isn't possible, you can search your nearest option through the CoastHills Mobile App or by using the filter function next to the search button on our locations page.
We are not currently offering Zelle through our Online or Mobile Banking platform.
The CoastHills Mobile App is free to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play.

You can report your card lost or stolen and order a replacement from within Online and Mobile Banking.
From within Online Banking:
After logging in, select Additional Services then Card Management.
From within Mobile Banking:
After logging in, select More from the bottom right corner then Card Management at the top of the page.

After logging in, select Additional Services then eStatements. From there, you'll click Enrollment at the top of the page, select Electronic then Submit. Review the eSign Agreement then select I Agree at the bottom of the page.
