Cambria Christmas Market Tickets Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. 

A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility:  Cambria Christmas Market Tickets Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to anyone ages 18+. Employees, officer’s respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Sponsor: CoastHills Federal Credit Union, 1075 E Betteravia Rd, Santa Maria, CA 93454

3. Prize: Two (2) winners will be randomly selected to win four (4) tickets to the Cambria Christmas Market held until Tuesday, December 31, 2024 at 2905 Burton Dr, Cambria, CA 93428. Unlimited entries per person. Limit one prize per winner. No other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for CoastHills Federal Credit Union to use that winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The receipt by the winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

4. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received.

5. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on Friday, December 13, 2024 at 5:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on Monday, December 16, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. PT (the “Entry Period”). 

6. How to Enter: During the Entry Period, eligible entrants must (1) “like” the specified Instagram post, (2) follow @coasthillscu, and (3) tag at least two unique Instagram handles in one comment. Alternative methods to enter, including multiple entries by the same entrant are: steps 1 and 3 only if entrant is already following @coasthillscu; only step 3 if entrant has already ‘liked’ the specified Instagram post and is already following @coasthillscu; or entrant may hand print entrant’s name, address, city, state, ZIP code, and daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code) on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a #10 envelope with postage affixed to CoastHills Credit Union, PO Box 8000, Santa Maria, CA 93456-8000. Each mail-in entry will count as one (1) entry and must be received by Sponsor during the Entry Period. Mail-in entries that include more than one card in an envelope or that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, or inaccurate and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete entries or entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected on Monday, December 16, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. PT. CoastHills Federal Credit Union will select winners by random selection. Winners will be notified on Monday, December 16 by 12:00 p.m. PT and will be responsible for picking up their tickets from a CoastHills branch of their choosing by December 31, 2024. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.

8. Rights Granted by you: By entering this Sweepstakes you understand that CoastHills Federal Credit Union, anyone acting on behalf of CoastHills Federal Credit Union, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

9. Terms: CoastHills Federal Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, CoastHills Federal Credit Union may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by CoastHills Federal Credit Union. CoastHills Federal Credit Union reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, CoastHills Federal Credit Union reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes you agree to release and hold harmless CoastHills Federal Credit Union and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.

11. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in California having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

13. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winners' names or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: CoastHills Federal Credit Union, PO Box 8000, Santa Maria, CA 93456-8000.

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
