Life doesn’t always follow a perfect schedule. Sometimes you just need a little extra space in your budget - whether it’s to catch up, plan ahead, or simply take a break. With Skip-A-Pay1, you can press pause on your eligible loan payment and use that money where you need it most. It's a simple way to get some breathing room, without the stress of missing a due date.
How it works
Skip-A-Pay lets you skip up to two non-consecutive payments per eligible loan, each calendar year. It’s a small step that can make a big difference when timing is everything.
To qualify:
- Make sure your loan accounts are in good standing and are current or within their grace period.
- You need to have made at least five consecutive payments on your loan.
- Eligible loans may be skipped twice non-consecutively each calendar year.
To skip your payment, simply log in to Mobile or Online Banking or give us a call at (805) 733-7600 to speak with a Member Services Officer.

- Tap the Transfer & Pay button at the bottom
- Select Request to Skip a Payment
- Follow the prompts
- Log in to your account
- Open the Payment Center dropdown
- Select Request to Skip a Payment
