All The Ways You Can Make A Loan Or Credit Card Payment For Free
Our temporary fee waiver for making same-day credit card and loan payments over the phone is sunsetting on Monday, April 26, 2021. At that time, performing a debit/credit or ACH (i.e. electronic check) payment by phone will be accompanied by the original $15 fee.
We are proud to have been able to offer the service without the fee for most of this past year and are glad to have helped so many members save money during a crucial time.
Here are some convenient ways for you to continue making payments for free.
- Sign up for online banking — You can make payments to all of your installment loans or credit card free and easily by using our mobile banking app or signing in to your account from a web browser. You can even schedule automatic recurring payments.
- Try Loan Pay — Make a payment from an account at another financial institution. It’s online, free and also has an automatic payment option.
- Visit your favorite branch — Anytime you make a payment in-branch, it’s always free. You can even set up recurring payments in person. If you can’t make it to any of our 11 convenient locations throughout the Central Coast, you may make a payment at any of 5,000 Credit Union locations in the Co-Op Shared Branching Network.
- For the price of postage, you can mail your payment to us at CoastHills Credit Union, PO Box 8000, Santa Maria, CA 93456-8000, even if you do not have a payment coupon. Just make sure to include your account number and your loan number ID (i.e. “-51”) in the memo portion or back of the check.
