- Once you login, select your CoastHills Visa card or "Credit Cards" from the "Additional Services" drop down menu.
- Select "Account Services," then "New Balance Transfer" at the bottom of the page and follow the prompts.
- You can also give us a call at (805) 733-7600 or download the form and drop it off at your local CoastHills branch.

Your questions answered
You can view your rewards points balance from the home screen within your credit card payment portal.
To access this, you'll need to log in to CoastHills Online Banking, select Additional Services, then Credit Cards. From there, you'll be taken to your credit card payment portal.
To redeem your rewards points, you'll select View Rewards from the home screen within your credit card payment portal. You'll be taken to the ScoreCard rewards site, where you can shop and redeem your rewards points.
If your debit or credit card has been blocked, please contact Falcon Fraud at (855) 961-1602, or if you are unsure if your card has been blocked for fraud, give us a call at (805) 733-7600 or visit one of our 12 local branches.
You can report your card lost or stolen and order a replacement from within Online and Mobile Banking.

After logging in, select Additional Services then Card Management.

After logging in, select More from the bottom right corner then Card Management at the top of the page.

Travel notes cannot be placed over the phone. To place a note on your account, you can send a secure message in CoastHills Online Banking or visit a CoastHills branch.
To send a secure message, log in to CoastHills Online Banking. Select Additional Services, then Secure Messaging. Underneath the search bar, you'll click New Message and complete the ticket.
For mobile, you'll select More from the bottom of your screen, then Secure Messaging. Click on New Message and complete the ticket.
