With more than 30 years of lending and banking experience, Sayadrey brings deep industry knowledge and a passion for helping local businesses succeed in her role as Assistant Vice President of Business Loan Servicing at CoastHills. She began her lending career in 1993 and has since built a well-rounded background across the banking industry, gaining hands-on experience in areas ranging from underwriting and financial analysis to commercial and SBA lending.
Throughout her career, she has worked with several community financial institutions across the Central Coast, developing a strong understanding of the local business landscape and the unique needs of business owners. That experience has shaped her commitment to building relationships and supporting long-term success within the communities she serves.
She enjoys working at CoastHills because of its strong community roots and local banking atmosphere. Throughout her career, she has found the greatest reward in helping local businesses succeed. One experience that stands out is funding an SBA startup loan for a local business that continues to thrive today. Nearly two decades later, she still drives by the business and smiles knowing she helped support its journey from the very beginning.
When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, attending local music events, hiking, walking and cheering on her favorite teams, the San Francisco 49ers and Colorado Avalanche. She especially treasures time with her children, grandchildren and her beloved Yorkie, Roxy Girl.
