First-Time Registration & Login

Step 1: Enter Your Initial Credentials

1. Click on the Register link from the Login drop down at the top of the CoastHills website.
2. Enter your member number and PIN. Your PIN is 1234, followed by the last four digits of the primary accounthoder's Social Security number.

Step 2: Create Your Username and Password

1. Choose a username (up to 60 characters) and password (8-32 characters). Your password must include at least one number, letter and special character.
2. Fill in the brief personal information section.

Step 3: Set Up Web BillPay

1. Web BillPay helps you manage your bills easily by allowing you to view and pay them online. You can schedule one-time or recurring payments to keep everything on track.
2. Enroll by checking both boxes above the sign-up button.

Step 4: Complete Your Sign-Up

1. After finishing registration, you'll see a success message.
2. Click the Confirm contact information button.

Step 5: Verify Your Contact Details

1. We will pull up to two phone numbers from your member file for multi-factor authentication. These numbers help us verify your identity on new devices or when using the Forgotten Password tool.
2. Make sure the numbers are correct and update them if needed.

3. If you’d like to enable the authenticator app, click the button next to By authenticator to turn it on. You will need to download and register with either the Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator app (your preference) from the Apple App Store or Google Play before you can proceed.

Step 6: Enter Your Verification Code and Save Your Device

1. You'll receive a 6-digit verification code that expires in 10 minutes.
2. If you're on your personal computer, you can save it by clicking Yes, this is a private computer. If on a public computer, choose No, this is a public computer. Both options will take you to Online Banking.
3. For our app, you'll get a call or text. Follow the prompts to verify and you won't need to repeat this step unless the app is uninstalled or data/cache is cleared.
