How To Make Loan & Credit Card Payments Online


Simple Steps to Pay Your Loans Online

We've made paying your loans as easy as possible. No more mailing checks or making phone calls. You can quickly make monthly payments on your CoastHills credit cards or loans using our online banking portal or mobile app. It's free and simple - just follow the instructions below!
 

Using Online Banking

  1. Register for Online Banking:
    • Click the "Login" dropdown then "Register."
    • Enter your 10-digit member number (including leading zeroes, e.g., 0000012345) and your PIN (click "Show" if you need help).
    • Use this guide if you need assistance.

  2. Already Registered?
    • Click the "Login" dropdown and sign in.
    • Once you're signed in, follow the steps below to make a payment using either a web browser or our mobile app.

  1. In the Accounts section, find your Visa card and click the pay button under it.
  2. Choose the checking or savings account you want to use for the payment. (Pro tip: Use our mobile app to deposit checks into your CoastHills account.)
  3. Pick the payment date. You can also set up automatic payments by checking the "Repeat Transfer" box and selecting the frequency.
  4. Enter the payment amount and click "Make Transfer."

Note: You can also make a payment by selecting "Transfer & Pay" then "Make a Credit Card Payment" from within online banking or the mobile app. 
  1. In the Accounts section, find your Visa card and click on the account title. A new tab will open. Click "Pay Bill" in the new tab. (On the mobile app, the payment screen will open within the app.)
  2. Click "Add New Account" and choose whether it's a checking or savings account.
  3. Enter the payment account details, including account and routing numbers. Verify and confirm the information.
  4. Select the payment amount and date, and confirm your payment.
  5. To set up automatic payments, select Payment Summary from the Payment drop-down menu and click "Create Recurring Payment."
  6. Choose the amount and date for recurring payments. Confirm your payment plan. You can cancel or change it by selecting "Manage Recurring Payments" under the Payments drop-down menu.

Note: You can also access the payment tab by choosing "Transfer & Pay" from within online banking and the mobile app, then selecting "Make a Credit Card Payment."

  2. Select the checking or savings account you wnat to use. (Pro tip: Use our mobile app to deposit checks into your CoastHills account.)
  3. Pick the payment date. You can also set up automatic payments by checking the "Repeat Transfer" box and selecting the frequency.
  4. Enter the amount and click "Make Transfer."

  3. Select the payment date. You can also set up automatic payments by checking the "Repeat Transfer" box and choosing the frequency.
  4. Enter the amount and click "Make Transfer."

  1. In the Accounts section, find your mortgage and click on the account title. A new tab will open. Click "Make a Pament" in the new tab. (On the mobile app, the payment screen will open within the app.)
  2. Enter the payment account details, including account and routing numbers. Verify and confirm the information.
  3. Choose the payment amount and date, and confirm your payment.
  4. On the same screen, you can also set up automatic payments by enrolling in Auto Pay. Submit and confirm your payment.

Your PIN number is 1234 and the last four digits of the primary account holder's Social Security Number.

A CoastHills Member Services Officer at any of our 12 Central Coast locations can assist you with a wire transfer. To get started, you'll need the following information:

About you and the transaction - 
Your name and 13-digit account number

About the receiving bank - 
Financial institution name, address and routing number.

You can easily sign up for eStatements from both Online and Mobile Banking. 

After logging in, select Additional Services then eStatements. From there, you'll click Enrollment at the top of the page, select Electronic then Submit. Review the eSign Agreement then select I Agree at the bottom of the page. 

While we are currently not offering Zelle or any other P2P payment solution through our Online and Mobile Banking platform, you can easily download any P2P payment app separately and link your CoastHills account to start sending and receiving money through your phone.
