How To Make Loan & Credit Card Payments Online

Once you're signed in:

1. Find your Visa card under the “Accounts” section and click the “Pay” button.
2. Choose which CoastHills checking or savings account you want to use.
3. Pick a payment date - today, or a future date that works best for you.
4. Want to set it and forget it? Check the box to “Repeat Transfer” and choose how often.
5. Enter the payment amount, then click “Make Transfer.”

You can also get there by choosing “Payment Center” and then “Make a Credit Card Payment.”

Prefer to use a checking or savings account from another financial institution? Here’s how:

1. In the “Accounts” section, click on your Visa card title. (This opens a new tab in your browser. In the app, the payment screen will open in-app.)
2. Click “Pay Bill.”
3. Add your external account by entering the routing and account numbers.
4. Choose the amount and date for your payment.
5. Want to automate it?
   • Click on “Payment Summary” in the Payment menu.
   • Select “Create Recurring Payment,” then confirm the details.

Change your automatic payments anytime under “Manage Recurring Payments.”

For CoastHills vehicle or personal loans, it’s just as simple:

1. Under “Accounts,” find your loan and click the “Pay” button.
2. Select your CoastHills checking or savings account to fund the payment.
3. Pick your payment date. Want to automate it? Check the “Repeat Transfer” box.
4. Enter your amount and click “Make Transfer.”

Using a non-CoastHills account? Use our external LoanPay service.

2. Choose your CoastHills checking or savings account.
3. Pick your date, and select “Repeat Transfer” if you’d like to automate it.
4. Enter your payment amount and click “Make Transfer.”

Or navigate from “Payment Center” > “Make a Mortgage Payment.”

1. Click your mortgage account title in the “Accounts” section. (A new tab opens, or the mobile screen appears in-app.)
2. Click “Make a Payment.”
3. Enter your external account details (account and routing numbers), then confirm.
4. Pick your amount and date, and confirm the payment.
5. Want it done automatically each month?
   • Enroll in Auto Pay right on that screen and submit your recurring setup.

You can also access this from “Payment Center” > “Make a Mortgage Payment.”
