Password Recovery - "I forgot my password."


Forgot Your Password? No Problem!

We understand - it happens! While we don't recommend writing down your password for security reasons, we've got you covered if you forget it. Just follow these easy steps to ge back into Online Banking quickly.

For security, Online Banking will lock you out if you enter the wrong password five times in a row.

Step 1: Start Here

Click on the Forgot password? link.

Log in to my account

Step 2: Verify Your Identity

Enter one of the two phone numbers you've set up for multi-factor authentication.

Note: If you enter the wrong phone number three times, the Forgotten Password tool will be locked. If this happens, you'll need to contact us by phone or visit us in person to reset your password.

Can't access your account?

Forgot Your Username?
Use the "Forgot Username" link. Enter your email address, and if it matches what we have on file, we'll send your username to that email.

Note: You'll receive an email notification every time your password is changed or reset.

Step 3: Get Your Temporary Password

The system will send a 6-character temporary password (with letters and numbers) to your phone via a call or text. Unfortunately, email isn't an option. Enter this temporary password when prompted.

Note: This temporary password expires in 30 minutes.

Step 4: Reset Your Password

Enter the temporary password again, then create and confirm your new password. Once done, you'll be logged into Online Banking.

Note: Use the SHOW/HIDE links to view or hide your password as you type.

Your PIN number is 1234 and the last four digits of the primary account holder's Social Security Number.

A CoastHills Member Services Officer at any of our 12 Central Coast locations can assist you with a wire transfer. To get started, you'll need the following information:

About you and the transaction - 
Your name and 13-digit account number

About the receiving bank - 
Financial institution name, address and routing number.

You can easily sign up for eStatements from both Online and Mobile Banking. 

After logging in, select Additional Services then eStatements. From there, you'll click Enrollment at the top of the page, select Electronic then Submit. Review the eSign Agreement then select I Agree at the bottom of the page. 

While we are currently not offering Zelle or any other P2P payment solution through our Online and Mobile Banking platform, you can easily download any P2P payment app separately and link your CoastHills account to start sending and receiving money through your phone.
