Navigating Account History

There's plenty to explore in your Account History page.

You can sort and export various options to help you track specific activity on your CoastHills checking and savings accounts. Use this guide to get a better sense of all you can do and see in this view.

Use the Change dropdown to quickly and specifically cycle between accounts.

Your options for exporting transaction data include: CSV, OFX, Quicken and Quickbooks.

All file types are available for all accounts and will extract all transactions within the selected date range.

You can also use the filter capability to export a filtered list of transactions, such as checks or transfers, for a precise report.

The default date range is 10 days, but that default can be changed to any of the available options including 30 days, monthly or a custom range.

Use this search field to enter check numbers or other text to filter only the transactions you want to see.

The default sorting option is by Date. You may also click on any column header to sort by a different value, like Description, Amount, etc. Your Date sort preferences are saved.

When a check image is available, you will see a check icon. Click the icon to see a digital image of your check.

Your questions answered

Your PIN number is 1234 and the last four digits of the primary account holder's Social Security Number.

A CoastHills Member Services Officer at any of our 12 Central Coast locations can assist you with a wire transfer. To get started, you'll need the following information:

About you and the transaction - 
Your name and 13-digit account number

About the receiving bank - 
Financial institution name, address and routing number.

You can easily sign up for eStatements from both Online and Mobile Banking. 

After logging in, select Additional Services then eStatements. From there, you'll click Enrollment at the top of the page, select Electronic then Submit. Review the eSign Agreement then select I Agree at the bottom of the page. 

While we are currently not offering Zelle or any other P2P payment solution through our Online and Mobile Banking platform, you can easily download any P2P payment app separately and link your CoastHills account to start sending and receiving money through your phone.
