Your Account History page is more than just a list of transactions - it’s your own financial story, laid out in one convenient place. Whether you're budgeting, reviewing past payments, or just want a closer look at your recent activity, there’s plenty to explore and customize.
This guide will help you get familiar with the tools available so you can make the most of your CoastHills Online Banking experience.
Switch Between Accounts Easily
Need to view a different account?
Just click the Switch Account button to quickly move between your CoastHills checking, savings, or other accounts. It’s a simple way to stay organized and focused.
Exporting Your Transactions
Want to download your account activity?
You can export your transactions in a variety of formats including CSV, OFX, Quicken, and QuickBooks. No matter which account you’re viewing, all file types are available and will pull every transaction from the selected date range.
Need something specific? Use the filter tools to narrow your results (like only checks or transfers) and export a clean, custom report.
Choose the Date Range That Works for You
By default, you’ll see transactions from the past 30 days, but that’s just the beginning.
You can change the view to show monthly history, or even a custom date range to dig deeper into your financial timeline.
Filter by Keyword or Check Number
Looking for something specific?
Use the “Narrow by item containing” search field to find exactly what you need - whether it’s a check number, a name, or a keyword from the transaction description.
Sort Your Way
Want to change how your transactions appear?
By default, your history is sorted by Date, but you can click any column header - like Description or Amount - to reorganize the list. Once you choose your favorite way to view things, your Date sort preference will be remembered the next time you log in.
View Check Images
If you’ve written a check and it has cleared, a check icon will appear next to the transaction. Just click the icon to view a digital image of your check - front and back - for easy reference.

A CoastHills Member Services Officer at any of our 12 Central Coast locations can assist you with a wire transfer. To get started, you'll need the following information:
About you and the transaction -

You can easily sign up for eStatements from both Online and Mobile Banking.
After logging in, select Additional Services then eStatements. From there, you'll click Enrollment at the top of the page, select Electronic then Submit. Review the eSign Agreement then select I Agree at the bottom of the page.
We are not currently offering Zelle through our Online or Mobile Banking platform.
