Using Alerts


Stay Updated with CoastHills Account Alerts

Keeping track of your CoastHills accounts is easy with our alerts. You can set up various alerts in Online Banking to notify you about activities in your checking, savings and loan accounts. Choose to get these alerts by email or text message. Follow this guide to set up and adjust your alerts whenever you need.

Accessing Alerts

  • Click the Additional Services option then Set Up Account Alerts dropdown. You'll be taken to Alerts and Notifications where you can add or edit your alerts.
  • Click View all alerts to see up to 90 dyas of alert history.

You can choose to receive alerts by email or text message.

 

Add an Alert

  • When you add a new alert, it comes with default settings for things like balance limits and large withdrawals. You can adjust these settings to your liking.
  • Hover over an alert to see options to change the account, adjust frequency, update delivery options, or add a personal message.

 

SMS Alerts

  • You can also set up text message (SMS) alerts on the Alerts screen.

Your questions answered


Your PIN number is 1234 and the last four digits of the primary account holder's Social Security Number.

A CoastHills Member Services Officer at any of our 12 Central Coast locations can assist you with a wire transfer. To get started, you'll need the following information:

About you and the transaction - 
Your name and 13-digit account number

About the receiving bank - 
Financial institution name, address and routing number.

You can easily sign up for eStatements from both Online and Mobile Banking. 

After logging in, select Additional Services then eStatements. From there, you'll click Enrollment at the top of the page, select Electronic then Submit. Review the eSign Agreement then select I Agree at the bottom of the page. 

While we are currently not offering Zelle or any other P2P payment solution through our Online and Mobile Banking platform, you can easily download any P2P payment app separately and link your CoastHills account to start sending and receiving money through your phone.
