Yes. CoastHills launched a redesigned Online and Mobile Banking experience on July 9, 2025 to give members a faster, more personalized way to bank. If you’re seeing a new layout, you’re in the right place.

From the My Accounts page, click the white account tile - or near your account name - to see your full transaction history.

Once inside your full account history, click the blue arrow next to the transaction’s balance to view more details, including check images if available.

Click into the account from the My Accounts page, then select Account Details to view things like your account number, routing number, and other key info.

We’ve redesigned the system to be more user-friendly and personalized. Highlights include:

  • A clearer layout with easier navigation
  • Tools like Favorites and drag-and-drop widgets to customize your homepage
  • A new Goal Builder feature to help you save with purpose

You’ll notice updates to several key areas:

  • Home Page
  • Account History
  • Account Preferences
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (web only)
  • Mobile Check Deposit (app only)

Goal Builder lets you create and manage multiple savings goals within one account. You can track your progress, stay motivated and plan for what’s ahead.

We recommend using the CoastHills mobile app for the best mobile experience. The app is optimized for smaller screens and easier navigation.

Only when you type “chat” during normal business hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Friday: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Outside of those hours - or when selecting other prompts - you’ll be chatting with our AI assistant.

To access the upgraded system, please use the latest version of your browser.
